The Matsuzaki General Counsel Office locates in the suburbs of Iwatsuki City, Saitama prefecture (next to Tokyo), where well known as the town of traditional Japanese dolls since around 500 years ago. Iwatsuki is rich in natural resources fitting to the traditional industry such as clean water, paulonia woods. In addition a lot of skilled carpenters moved into the town back in 16^th century, who used be involved in building-up of the famous shrines such as Nikko Toshoguh before, and then started to make Japanese dolls with their skills there. Since then, Iwatsuki has been a place as the famous supplier of those pretty dolls loved by the people all around the country.

December, 1995 - February, 2005  　　In the same Merck, transferred to the overseas business　　group being responsible on Asian Oceania regions except Japan. 　Exporting those pigment products to the Asian Oceania countries (China & Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand and others), Germany and North America from Japan, and provided supports on sales & marketing activities for those Merck group companies, agents and representative offices in each country.  

April, 1991- December, 1995 　　　Being responsible on sale & marketing of pigment business in Japanese domestic markets in Merck Japan Ltd. （Merck Group from Germany: Multi-National Enterprise as manufacturers of liquid crystal, pearl color, medicine for electronic/optics, fine chemical, product for laboratories, medicine raw material for chemicals, medical supplies etc.）
